Six steps from your first order to your finished certificate.

    Create your account

    Register with your email to keep your orders, sample updates and certificates in one place.

  2. 2

    Submit a testing order

    List each vial, its labeled strength and batch number, then select the tests you need.

  3. 3

    Receive and pay your invoice

    A member of our laboratory staff will send you an invoice after you submit your order. Payment is handled separately from this website.

  4. 4

    Pack and ship your samples

    Once payment is confirmed, print your submission sheet and include it in the box. Keep each vial's label attached so the laboratory can match it to your order. Ship by USPS only; our mailing address is a P.O. box.

  5. 5

    The laboratory receives and tests

    Testing begins after your samples arrive at the laboratory. Follow receipt and testing progress in your account.

  6. 6

    View and share your results

    You'll be notified as reports are released. View your COAs online or download PDFs. Finished reports can be released individually after payment is confirmed.
